Why are Christian fanatics just as danger as Islamic fanatics? First let us take a look at some passages within the bible.
[If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives] (Leviticus 20:13)
[But if this charges is true (that she wasn't a virgin on her wedding night) and evidence of the girl's virginity is not found, they shall bring the girl to the entrance of her father's house and there her townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime against Israel by her unchasteness in her father's house. [A priest's daughter who loses her honor by committing fornication and thereby dishonors her father also, shall be burned to death] (Leviticus 21:9)

1. We bring in alternative religion that are good and decent, to replace Christianity and convert Christians to it. One religion that pop into my head is Buddhism.
So, let's use Buddhism as a case study. How do we convert Christians to become Buddhists?
The number one method is TV shows. First, it would be Buddhist kids shows, just like there are lots of Christian kids shows, we also start making Buddhist kids shows and putting those shows on the internet and free to air TV. Ideally the show would be host by young Buddhist monks or nuns who are in their early 20s, to make it more approachable to children. Thus, the children would be approach by alternative religious ideology, other than that of the bible.
Secondly, it would be Buddhist talk shows, this shows should be day time TV, ideally hosted by a Buddhist nuns, their prime target audience would be house wives. Such targeting could also help to decrease the rate of abuse towards women. Despite the western world believe in the concept of "the west treat women well and none west treat women like crap" research have found, the influence of Christian values, has result in more women suffer abuse in the hand of a western husband. While surveying Japanese women, half that married western husband experienced domestic abuse, on the other hand, only 10% that married Japanese husband claim experiencing abuse.
Why?
Let's take a look at the bible.
[House and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the Lord] (Proverb 19:14)
[Wives submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body and himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.] (Ephesians 5:22~23)
And despite the bible also said
[Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them] (Colossians 3:19)
The bible did not specify what qualify as harsh and the bible also wrote
[When men strive together one with another and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him and putteth forth her hand and taketh him by the secret (penis). Then thou shalt cuf off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her.](Deuteronomy 25:11~12)
Which could qualify as violating the principle of peace and harmony, thus, even something the bible consider to be a husband not been harsh with his wife, could still qualify as causing disturbance to peace and harmony, thus it could be evil.
It has been found, western women are significantly more likely to put up with an abusive relationship and under report abuse then women from any other cultures.
So, if we can convert more women away from Christianity and to Buddhism, one thing we know for certain, more women would walk away from domestic abuse.
Thirdly, once a week prime time show, (if we can get the Dali Lama to do a show that is only 15 minutes, once per week) we air the show on free to air TV, this would for certain get audience and can convert a lot of Christians.
But all of these Buddhist shows, should avoid doing one thing. Do not attack Christianity, as it more likely would achieve counter productive affect. If you are going to offend a bunch of Christians, by attacking Christianity, they are just going to turn off their TV, then, what is your chance of converting any of them, away from Christianity and become Buddhists?
2. Passing a law against people under the age of fourteen going to churches.
Children are highly impressionable, if those kids, ended up going to one of those radical church, they are more likely to grow up been radicalized. Experts refer to this as "Response Shaping Process" the idea is when a person have little or no understanding towards a situation, it is easier to persuade them to a distorted perspective, because they don't have the necessary fact to contradict what they are been persuaded to believe in, children are especially easy to be persuaded via this method, because they don't have any understanding towards anything.
When they reach 14, having some basic understanding of their own, if they only start going to church by that stage, been able to think for them self, they are better able to realized, the teaching of those radical Christian churches to be wrong. While, those who attend none radical church, would not have the same problem, thus, the number of radical Christian would decrease dramatically within the next generation and none radical Christians would increase.

Thus, these are 2 methods to deal with the issue of Christian fanatics.
